Question

Schedule B part III indicates with a yes answer that I have foreign investment income, this is incorrect, how do I change this to say no?

I have already followed the instructions to specifically recall the question about foreign investments, answered no and went back to the forms and the answer is still yes on Schedule B part III

You may have foreign investments in a mutual fund. Please check your paperwork.
