self-employed FFCRA credit related question

Hi, My wife was contracting for an IT consulting company in 2020 and part of 2021. In Feb 2021, me and my wife are blessed with a baby girl. My wife couldn't return to work after a couple of months since the day care centers were closed due to Covid-19 here in Maryland, and the doctors were advising it's not safe for young kids to be in public anyway, so she essentially lost income due to Covid-19.

Does this qualify for the family leave tax credit under FFCRA?

If you could not work because you had to stay home to care for children because the children's school or place of care was closed due to Coronavirus, you may qualify for a self-employed family leave tax credit.

You should complete the Self-employed family leave credit section in the Tax relief related to COVID-19 section in TurboTax, which is in the Deductions and Credits section.
