Hi, I am self-employed and I understand that I can deduct myself and my daughter's health insurance premiums. My question is that my wife is working for a company but she pays more than $300 a month to her company's health insurance plan just to cover herself. Can I deduct her premium too? Thank you in advance for your answers.

I am using TurboTax Home and Business

Unfortunately, no. You can't deduct insurance she pays through work as your self-employed health insurance.
