Self Employed Health Insurance Deduction & Medicare

Can I deduct my spouse's Medicare premiums under the self employed health deduction if the policy is in her name? The business is in my name.

No, you cannot deduct your wife's medicare premiums. To be deductible, the policy has to be in the name of the self-employed person or in the name of the business.
