I get both SNAP & Minnesota Supplemental Aid. Should I put my 2023 SNAP benefits in the "Other Support Payments" box when filling out my MN Property Tax Refund?

If no, where should I put them?

No, they do not get entered on Form M1PR.   From the instructions:  Do not include Medicaid payments or non-cash payments from government agencies, such as food stamps, clothing, medical supplies, fuel assistance, and child care assistance.   You should enter the amount of your MN supplemental aid on the MSA line, but do not include your SNAP benefits anywhere on the form.
