I am the Head of Household and have one dependent. I only worked one month last year. Do I still qualify for the CTC?

Possibly.  In order to claim the Child Tax Credit for 2022, you would need to have earned income of at least $2,500.  If your income was more than that, then yes, you would qualify for the Child Tax Credit this year.

The rules that applied for 2021 have expired.  This means if your income was less than $2,500, you would not qualify for the non refundable child tax credit nor the refundable Additional Child Tax Credit.
