who and how are you supposed to get a signature to the IRS from a donee? this new 8823 form does not give any instructions about charitable donations, and it prevents me from efiling fed and state.
who is supposed to sign this, and how are you supposed to know who is supposed to sign this?
just send the unsigned forms into IRS? I have receipts
