Question

Since I paid state taxes in 2018 for prior years, I wanted to know if i can include in itemized deductions. Where/how does that go on the return?

    Yes, you can include the state taxes paid for earlier years under "Other Income Taxes Paid in 2018". Follow the directions in the TurboTax FAQ below to enter these tax payments.
