Sold a rental property In January, so did not rent in 2022

Because you did not rent the property in 2022, there is nothing to enter on Schedule E.  However, because you sold your rental property in 2022, you will need to enter information about its sale in the Sale of Business Property section of TurboTax.  Sale of Business Property can be found under Other Business Situations (TurboTax online) or under Business Income and Expenses (TurboTax CD/download).  Whichever application you are using, when you select Sale of Business Property, the next screen you will see is Any Other Property Sales?  Select the first option and continue through the section responding to the various questions.
