Question

Something's wrong with the system.On question Did (parents)pay for more than half of my child's living expenses in 2024? Respond Yes or No. Result is the same- dependent.

I've been doing Turbotax for many years, but never had this problem with this dialog about dependents.

    Did you indicate that the dependent is your child?  What is the age of the dependent?

    The program asks if the dependent Paid for more than half of their living expenses and other support where you should have left the box unchecked or answered NO.

     

    Where are you seeing the question Did (parents) pay more than half of my child's living expenses?

    I do not see that question in the My Info/Personal Info section when entering a dependent.
