State and local real estate taxes 2a: "Real estate taxes paid on principal residence not entered on Form 1098"?

This keeps coming up in Review. I've entered 0, because I don't have a state and local real estate tax in WA state that I'm aware of. But TurboTax keeps flagging this for review, and doesn't seem to accept an entry of 0.

Sorry, there is property tax in the state of WA, but it was all recorded and reported on form 1098. This question is asking for property tax NOT reported on Form 1098, as far as I can tell.

Turbo Tax keeps telling me this area needs review. I did review, and I entered zero in this box. All of my property taxes were entered on form 1098. It still won't let me proceed - it continues to tell me this area needs review. Can anyone help here?
