I am trying to e-file my state of mn tax return and turbo tax is not allowing me because it says I need to complete my property tax or I will need to mail in my return.  In my opinion that is a bug in the program.

If you are a homeowner you can file the M1PR using the Minnesota website here - https://www.mndor.state.mn.us/tp/OnlineServices/_/

If you are a renter the M1PR can only be printed and mailed.

You can use TurboTax to complete and print the M1PR for mailing.  See this TurboTax support for how to complete the M1PR - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-forms/file-m1pr-minnesota-property-t...
