I received two stimulus  checks last year for two different amounts. The first included my child, the second one did not because i claim him on even years, while other parent claims on odd. Turbo tax said i didnt get my full second one and i don't know how to fix it that i did.

You don't have to fix it.

You will also get a check for the same child.

The payment that the other parent received does not get reported by you, so when you report what you did receive, it will report that you did not get that payment and it will be added as a refund on your 2020 tax return.

The IRS is aware of situations such as yours and the decision was made to allow both parents a payment for the same child.

Two checks for the same child
