What happens If my spouse an I filed jointly in 2019 so we received stimulus jointly but for 2020 we are filing separately. Do i only claim my an my babies amount or his as well?

Yes, you would only claim the amounts of the stimulus that was received by the people that are included in your 2020 tax return. If you and the children are the only ones on the 2020 return, just include the amounts for the people listed on the return.
