Switched from employee to self-employment 8/19. For Health Insurance, am I only able to deduct premiums paid "above the line" for the 5 mos. while SE? Or for the full yr?

You should only claim the deduction for  Self-Employed Health Insurance as an Expense for the time you were actually self-employed

You’re only eligible to claim the write-off for health insurance premiums during the months when you are not eligible to participate in any employer-subsidized health plan.

I was never eligible to participate in the employer-subsidized health plan during 2019.   (They are a small business that does not provide a health plan in the state that I work/live in.)   Given that restriction does not apply, can I claim the write-off for all twelve months... even though I was only self-employed the last five months of the year?
