My husband became 1/4 owner of a house we do not live in during the last quarter of 2021 due to a death in the family.  There is no mortgage on the house but taxes were paid on this house.  We also have our own primary residence which I put in the tax information for as our primary residence. In the property tax section I added the tax we paid on the 1/4 ownership of the 2nd non primary house in the line that said "Additional Property (Real Estate) Taxes is that the correct place see below?

No, you would enter them in the box that says additional homes or land.  That is for your secondary and other homes.  The part you have highlighted in yellow would be additional property taxes you paid on your main home.
