The information from last year's Foreign Tax Carryover Reconciliation Schedule did not get pulled into this year's return. How do I correct this?

I had carryover information for the prior five years, but none of it was pulled into this year's return. I've been using Turbotax for years and I checked that the information from the 2022 return was pulled into the 2023 return correctly....why didn't it get pulled into this year's 2024 return?

I am not sure why your 2023 data didn't transfer to your 2024 return. Here is how to restore it.

After sign into your account, select Pick up where you left off
At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in foreign tax credit and Enter
Select - Jump to foreign tax credit
Follow prompts
On the screen, Foreign Tax Credit Carryovers, enter information.
