Question

This is regarding HSA, there is not a tax form available and they cant tell me when it will be. Will my last statement of my HSA acct and my W2 be enough to do my taxes?

Please clarify which tax form you are talking about in "there is not a tax form available and they cant tell me when it will be."

There are two forms that you should receive concerning your HSA:

1. Your W-2 (all HSA contributions made through your employer are reported in box 12 with a code of W). The W-2 is not required to be sent to you until the end of January.

2. Your 1099-SA (if one) reports on any expenses that you made from your HSA for medical expenses. This is sent to you (if necessary) by your HSA custodian, not your employer. This will also be sent to you by the end of January.
