TT failed to give me the foreign tax credit I have always received in the past. Now I am trying to file an amended return and the online help is useless

I had to pay additional taxes when the foreign tax credit would have resulted in a refund. Trying to amend my return appears to not allow me to even find a form 1116. What is going on?

@GabiF1Ni , perhaps in the heat of your frustration, you do not realize that we need more details to be able to help you untangle this serious situation -- yes ? Could you please tell more about what is your situation - what foreign income, what foreign tax, why was it refused etc. etc. More you detail the situation ( without any personally identifiable information), the more likely it is that we can duplicate the situation and see TurboTax is not behaving as expected -- please will you help ?
