Tubro tax is telling me I need to review my Mortgage interest 1098 prior to filing. When I click on review the system just keeps spinning.

To review your 1098 in TurboTax follow these steps:

  1. While in your Tax Home,
  2. Select Search from the top right side of your screen,
  3. Enter 1098,
  4. Select Jump to 1098,
  5. Follow the On-Screen Prompts to review this section.

If you are experiencing the same problem, there are a couple of things that you can try to get past the snag,

  • Try closing TurboTax,
  • Compete a  disk cleanup,
  • Restart your computer.  
  • If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
  • If it's still not working, try again using a different web browser. (For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Explorer or Safari instead.)
  • If those suggestions didn't help, try going back to your first browser and delete cookies.
