Turbo tax 2022 is not letting me claim the child care dependent credit, which I always claim. We both earned income.

Its only allowing me to check boxes if either of us were full-time students or disabled or none. When I check none, it says we are not eligible.

You both need to show earned income. What kind of income do you each have? If you both have W2 income make sure each W2 is assigned to the right spouse. That's a common problem. You may have to delete the W2s and manually enter them again.

Or if one of you has self employment income on schedule C you need to have a Net Profit to have earned income. And make sure the Schedule C is assigned to the right spouse. Or do you get a K-1?
