Turbo Tax is broken for 2025

I've never had a released version of turbo tax NOT work. 
2025 is less user-friendly and the Property Tax section is -essentially- broken.

The 'Help Center' link is broken on the top-right of the window. 
There is no means of sending Intuit an email to request support.
How do you request a refund - from INTUIT?

Premier tells me that my Federal "itemized" deductions are limited (maxed out) , but that I can still add additional state and local taxes for state consideration, then it doesn't allow that entry anywhere. (I have a primary and secondary home.) I can't add a property.

What is the purpose of this "Community Forum"? I want to communicate directly with Intuit. They need to have an authoritative response center. If this Forum is intended to be the authoritative face of Intuit, then it should be clearly identified as such. A Community Forum is a place for abused clients to share their misery.
