Question

Turbo tax seems to have issues

I have entered all of my income except social security.  When I click on this update software goes to a blank screen.  So I thought over the weekend that I would enter my expenses.  Same thing happened!  Every update that I clicked on went to a blank screen.

When I go to enter social security income, this experience is not happening for me.  You may have tried, this step, but to be sure I will provide details to clear your cache and cookies.  Bits of information are retained in your computer even after you believe you have deleted it. This action clears many issue in my experience.
