Turbo Tax will not let me e-file

I did not take an IRA distribution in 2020 (not required per CARES ACT). On the 1099 R form the distribution amount is $0.00. Because the taxable amount shows $0.00 TurboTax is saying this is a mistake and will not let me e-file.

Just delete the unneeded 1099-R.
