Turbotax California suspends net operating loss (NOL) for AGI less than $1 million in 2024

I have rental property carry forward losses from previous years. In 2024, Turbotax California suspends these net operating losses (NOL) when my AGI is much less than $1 million. (California enacted a law in June 2024 that suspends NOL in years 2024 through 2026 unless AGI is less than $1 million). This appears to be an error in the program. Can anyone help me? Will Intuit Turbotax fix this error by April 15, 2025?

I don't know about California rules, but a Passive Loss carryover (which is presumably the rental carryover that you are referring to) is not the same as a Net Operating Loss. They are two completely different things.
