Question

TurboTax isn't allowing us to get the EIC stating that without a qualifying child we make too much. However, we have a qualifying child on our account. Help!

We are getting the Child tax credit, I don't know why it's not recognizing our child for the EIC. How do I contact their support-it seems a software issue, not tax issue.

Take a look at the TurboTax help article below and review your entries for the details you entered regarding your dependent.  There could be something you have missed.
