TurboTax saying I need to upgrade due to "You have a financial account in a foreign country." Yet I have no financial accounts in foreign countries - where do I see this?

If you have foreign assets it will be listed on a form 8938.

To clear this  As an alternative search you can go to the main menu.

1. Select Tax Tools
   1. You may have to minimize the
   2. Federal and State sections
2. On the drop-down select Tools
3. There will be 3 green boxes
4. Select Topics Search
5. Type the form number or a topic.
6. 8938
7. Continue through the questions and it will be posted to your return.

Answer NO to having foreign accounts.

If that does not work

On the menu bar on the left.

1. On the left sidebar
2. Select Tax Tools
   1. You may have to minimize tabs for
   2. Federal & State
3. On the drop-down select Tools
4. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
5. This will give you all of the forms in your return
6. Scroll down to the form you want to delete (3554)
7. Select the Form 8938
8. Click on Delete.
