Unable to E-FILE Federal 2024: 1040 Form - No State Filing Required for Texas

Can someone explain why I am getting the following error message when filing the federal portion of 2024 tax return? The only scheduled form is 8812 for the Child Tax Credit.. Nothing special going on over here.
 
Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.
