Question

We checked we do not have a foreign account. however in the end it says we do ? please correct.

If you have not filed, you can return to the Foreign assets/accounts section to edit the information.  Here are the steps in TurboTax online:

  •  Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Pick up where you left off
  • At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "8938" and Enter
  • Select Jump to 8938
  • Follow prompts
  • On the screen, "Do You Have a Foreign Financial Account to Report?", select "Yes" and Continue
  • Follow prompts to edit.
