We installed an AFS EZFlow system in our crawl space for our home this past summer. This system removes water from our crawl space. Is tax deductible ?

No. A drainage system is not deductible. Add the cost of the system to the "basis" or cost of your home. When you sell your house, the IRS taxes you of the difference between the sale price (minus sales expenses) less (purchase price + cost of improvements).

There is also a home sale exclusion if you own and live in a home for five years to help lower your tax bill.
