Question

We installed solar panels on our home. We have a home office. Should I enter these as a Home Office Asset (as well as adding them elsewhere for the solar tax credit)?

You can.

You'd enter the cost of your solar panels, minus the credit amount, as an asset for depreciation purposes, and prorate to reflect the portion of your home that's devoted to your home office.
