We own a home in Illinois and are full time residence and own a Condo in Florida, can we split time there and become snowbirds. Can we deduct both places?

You can list the mortgage interest and property taxes both on the Sch A as itemized deductions on your tax return.

The other expenses of maintaining a second residence are considered personal expenses are not deductible on your return.
