We refinanced our home in Oct 2020. I received two 1098 forms. Neither of them have any real estate tax information listed.

were they paid in 2020 by the servicer? Any chance the servicer did NOT pay it?????

were they paid on the closing statement of the refinance?

as long as you can document that they were paid by you or on your behalf, then you can deduct them.
