We were on 2 different health plans in 2023. jan-may through her company and may-dec on my companies lan. Im trying to add both our 1099-sa but it wont let me add hers

"but it wont let me add hers" - what does this mean? What does TurboTax do exactly?

If you were on her HDHP for half the year and your HDHP for the other half, that's not a problem.

Just make sure that when you enter the 1099-SAs that you check off the radio button showing whose 1099-SA it is. (look carefully).
