What do I do if my 1099 SA from my HSA account has a different home address listed than my home address?

    If your mailing address on your tax form is wrong or has changed, it won't affect your taxes.  Make sure you enter your current mailing address in the Profile section of TurboTax, which you'll find under Intuit Account on the menu.   Have your HSA custodian update your address.
