What do I enter from box 12 of my W2 for my HSA contributions?

All items shown in box 12 of your W-2 must be entered into the box-12 boxes of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax. The entry reporting the HSA contributions made through your employer will have code W.
