What does it mean when Turbo Tax cant calculate some of my cost basis when determining crypto taxes?

Perhaps the crypto download is missing the cost basis for one or more investments?  The cost basis is subtracted from the selling price to determine a profit or loss on a crypto transaction.   See Buying or Selling Cryptocurrency  as an Investment.

 

Are you able to identify the one (or more individual) investment that is triggering the issue?  

 

Are you able to determine the cost basis figure that is needed?
