What if box 10 of my 1098 is blank but I paid taxes with escrow? I do not have a second page or summary section.

If you pay the property taxes through an escrow account, some lenders include the amount in another area of the paper they send. For example, some lenders put them on the back of the page at the top, other lenders include them up at the top of form.

Additionally, if you still cannot find it, you may have received a property tax invoice in the mail. You can use the amounts from that invoice since that is the amount which was paid by the escrow.

You can also search on your local county website or call them and they would be able to mail/e-mail you the copy of the property tax bill. You can also call your mortgage company and verify from them the amount they paid so that you can add that amount as a deduction.
