What is a medicare advantage msa? Turbo Tax Premiere is asking me this info, but doesn't explain what the hell it is!!!!

A Medicare MSA is a plan offered by some private insurance companies. It is similar to an HSA (Health Savings Account) - it include a high-deductible insurance policy with a savings account. The Medicare MSA plan makes contributions to the savings account, which you can then use to pay qualified medical expenses.

Here it is Feb. 2024 and you still do not have an answer to: What is a Medicare Advantage MSA. It is not a MSA, an account you place cash into to pay medical expenses? A Medicare Advantage plan is nothing similar! It requires a premium and the insurance company then pays doctor, hospital and prescription drug costs that I am required to pay. Is this not true!

I don't want to POST IT, I want an answer.

A Medicare Medical Savings Account (MSA) Plan is similar to an HSA, but you don't put money into it, Medicare does. You can use this money to pay your Medicare-covered costs before you meet the plan’s deductible.
