What is the difference between the Total Care Expense section and the Total Crae Provider Expenses?

The total care expense section represents the total amount of care that was paid on behalf of each dependent/dependents in the course of the year while the total care provider section represents to total amount paid to each provider on behalf of each dependent. 

At the end of the day, both amounts should add up to the same number. It is just a matter of how the amounts are split. Like sometimes , you can have a total of say 6,000 paid on behalf of dependent A which is split between paying to two different providers of 3,000 a piece. The net effect at the end of the day is the same.
