What is the disclosure agreement at the end of filing for taxes

The disclosure agreement is to allow the TurboTax program to access your information to determine if you qualify for things such as using your refund to pay your fees or being shown certain other options, possibly a refund anticipation loan. 

 

TurboTax cannot look at what is in your return for those purposes without this disclosure.
