What qualifies child and dependent care if the mother is the care provider and lives with me but were not married yet
like food diapers and other baby stuff we've bought?
You cannot claim the childcare credit if the person caring for the child is the other parent. The childcare credit is for paying a childcare provider to take care of your child while you work. It is not about diapers and baby supplies.
