Question

When entering charitable contributions I seem to be stuck in a loop. After entering the amount for the charity, and saying done with this contribution, it continues to go back to the same contribution. It's unusable at this time.

    This should be resolved.

     

    If you still experience issues, you can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window
