When entering the medical insurance premiums paid, where can I find this info? Can I find this in my earnings statement and if so is it the year to date number?

Medical insurance paid is in the Deductions & Credits section of the tax return.

If your employer provide health insurance, it is not deductible to you.

If you pay for health insurance from payroll deductions, it should automatically carry over to your tax return from your W-2.

This may be reflected on your final pay stub.
