Question

When i try to enter items with the guide me feature on donations, it gets stuck in endless loop. Enter donation > Items > Guide Me > Items > Guide Me...

    Thanks for the information. It's still giving me trouble. When i go in and change the value to $600 for married jointly (we had cash and item donations > $600), when i run the review check, it changes the amount automatically back to 300 and says it needs review. So, i get stuck in the endless loop again, change to 600 > run review > automatically changed back to 300 > change to 600 ... etc.

     

    Thoughts?
