When is the Joint Occupancy for energy-saving improvements going to be available again.

Me fiance and I are trying to claim our Geothermal that we both paid for, but the option for join occupancy costs is no longer available.

You can just enter the amount you each paid for the Geothermal unit on each of your returns. That question is not asked on Form 5695 this year.
