When it asked me to answer in a start date when I started a job and the ending date of when that job ended what do I put for the date if I don't remember

If I don't remember a date what do I put for the date when I started a job and when I ended the job if I don't remember the dates

It depends.  Your paystubs would be helpful to see your start date and end date. The best results would come from you employer if you can contact them.

If you don't have those and you still don't have specific information you can enter a date as close as you can recall for both start and end.
