Where and how do I tell TT that I do not want to take a foreign tax credit carryover from 2016?

I can't seem to find a "foreign tax credit interview" except one line to simply enter my reported foreign tax credit as part of entering 1099-DIV forms.

Go to Federal
Then Click Deductions and Credits
Click I'll Choose What I Want to Work On
Scroll Down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Click Start next to Foreign Taxes
Answer all of the questions until you get to Tell Us About Your Foreign Taxes
Here is where you will indicate that you do not want to take the carryover from 2016.

I have provided screenshots to help you get to the necessary screens.
