To enter sales tax on your personal vehicle in TurboTax, please see the TurboTax Help article Where do I enter the sales tax on my car? for guidance.

If these are taxes on a personal vehicle, you'll need to itemize your deductions on your federal return.

Then, if your state has a state income tax, you'll need to choose between using the deduction for your state income tax paid, or the sales tax you paid during the year. The TurboTax program will help you with this.
