Where did my foreign tax credit carryover go?t

I have a foreign tax credit carryover from 2017. Where does turbotax apply that credit to my 2018 foreign interest income?

If you are going through the foreign tax credit interview, TT inserts the 2017 carryover onto line 10 of the f1116. It uses that and other data to determine the foreign taxes available for credit on line 14.
